We got there first thing in the morning early, since we had to drive close to an hour. The service manager thanked us for an early arrival and took our QX 80 right away. We were in and out within an hour. This has happened more than once. Batting a 110%!!

Willie Wells, took care of us during the process of buying our RDX. He allowed us to take our time to thoroughly examine the car. Mr. Wells, specifically looks out for his customers.The finalized buying process took place at the Mercedes dealership. The staff there were helpful. They were not too extremely pushy (us knowing they want to make more on vehicles they sell).In the end we walked away with a very fair priced (according to KBB) vehicle. The customer care at both locations we're great.

What a great experience with Berglund INFINITI and the Service Department Representative Brennan. My husband and I were on a trip to Virginia and driving to our destination when we discovered an issue with our Infinity 2018 QX30.
