What a great experience with Berglund INFINITI and the Service Department Representative Brennan. My husband and I were on a trip to Virginia and driving to our destination when we discovered an issue with our Infinity 2018 QX30. We knew that we had to get to an Infinity dealership fast to see what was the issue with the car was in terms of the air system and the noise. So I searched the internet and found Berglund. I called ahead and spoke with Brennan in the Service Department and chatted with him about the mechanical issue we were having with the air system in the car. He said he would do his best to get the car in with one of the service technicians to see if they could determine what was causing the air to not function properly in the car. I told him our estimated arrival time and when we got to the dealership. They were ready for us and took the car into take a look. Brennan was kind enough to give us a loaner car so that we could go have lunch while we waited for the Technicians to diagnose and fix the issue. Brennan said he had a small loaner for us, but we were shocked and pleased to see that is was a lovely and sporty Q60 LoL!!! A nice ride indeed!!! We went to lunch and when we returned to the dealership, Brennan and the team had found the issue and fixed it for us and were so kind to also have washed our car for us. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!!! Brennan took the time to explain what had happened what the did to fix the issue and gave us some tips on our car. We quite frankly had the best Car Service experience of our lives!!! And so thankful for Brennan and the team at Berglund for taking the time to so graciously help us and get back on the road so that we could get to our vacation and family event on time and with peace of mind!!!! Cannot thank you guys enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a great experience. Drove 1.5 hours to get there and had a lot to take in with all the luxury brands. Settled on an INFINITI Q60 Red Line. Everyone I met was patient and super accommodating. Bill at Mercedes Benz and Corey INFINITI were so easy to work with...no pressure. I will buy my next vehicle from them, too!

Recently purchased an INFINITI QX 60 from Berglund INFINITI. The INFINITI Team (Don, Tina and Brennon) were excellent to work with. I am a repeat customer and the primary reason is the INFINITI Staff. They listen and work extremely hard to meet my requirements. I can’t see me going anywhere else. A great vehicle and a great group to work with has earned my loyalty.

Let me tell you something!!! I've never experienced a dealership like this ever in my life!!! Excellent and such outstanding people. I felt nothing but love and they treated me so well just for a recall and some minor service. Blew me away when it was time to receive my car and it had been washed and vacuumed also! REALLY?!?! GET OUT!!! Never has that happened before and I've bought a LOT of vehicles in my lifetime so far. I will say this, no matter the cost, this INFINITI of Roanoke is worth every dollar. I will return...
