Problem was identified quickly and applicable to a known issue in a service bulletin the advisor was aware of. Parts were ordered and appointment was set, performed and completed on time and right the first time.

It was a very laid back atmopshere. The finance manager was also very helpful and did a great job with the financing. We didn't get the deal done the first day because we ran out of time so they allowed me to take the vehicle home. When I discovered the rear window was broken it was immediately fixed before I signed on the dotted line.

I brought an Internet ad in and the sales team used it as the price point for my lease it ended up right about where I expected it. I was very satisfied. Prior to showing them the ad the prices were very disconnected. Greg was very friendly and helpful he showed me all the features of the vehicle. One of the intellikeys was missing, they promised to follow up with a new one; about 3 weeks later I had still not heard from them but I found the key stuck beneath the seats!
