I brought an Internet ad in and the sales team used it as the price point for my lease it ended up right about where I expected it. I was very satisfied. Prior to showing them the ad the prices were very disconnected. Greg was very friendly and helpful he showed me all the features of the vehicle. One of the intellikeys was missing, they promised to follow up with a new one; about 3 weeks later I had still not heard from them but I found the key stuck beneath the seats!

The dealership was a very attractive place. I did get a certified pre-owned car. I am satisfied with the car. It is a couple of things that I am not pleased with. I only received one key, and on the day I left I did not get a temporary vehicle registration. I receive the registration 2 weeks later. I have to drive back to Roanoke in order to get an extra key. Corey was very nice and the rest of the sales associates and managers were friendly but of course that is their job!

The employees i worked with were extremely helpful. They stayed until well past nine the night I signed my loan papers because it was more convenient for me. The employee took me home to drop my car off and provided me with a rental car to have my tint installed. Top notch service, could not have asked for a better group of people.

I believe we were the first INFINITI purchaser at this new dealership. All went well - there was some kinks in the financing segment but like I said we may have been the first purchaser. They made it right with a future free detailing service. Mark Danforth was sales representative that made the experience very good!! We handled so much of this over the phone - he found the exact car we were wanting. He did an excellent job and the knew the vechile very well.

We had been shopping for cars for about 3 months. Had been misled and disappointed by previous dealerships. Even though we were hesitant and reluctant, we decided to give CrossRoads INFINITI a try. We walked in and heard Christian music playing, everyone was warm and friendly. We fell in love with the car and the dealership on the spot.
